Product Description
BMRS Series motor, SAE -“A” 2 BOLT mounting flange, SAE 6B Spline Drive Shaft, 1/2 NPTF Port. Replaces Char Lynn 103-1080 or Danfoss 151-2399.
The BMRS series advanced ROLORTORC™ gear set, shaft distribution flow, hydraulic motor is a compact, low noise, high efficient high torque low speed design. The ROLORTORC™ gear set also affords a reliable smooth start up at low pressure.
The special design of the valve linkage and high pressure capability of the shaft seal provides a long operating life and these motors can be used in either series or parallel operation.
The low weight advanced construction design is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9000-2000 quality system.

For optimal utilization of these motors the following is recommended:
- Normal oil operating temperature should be 70° to 150° F.
- Maximum operating temperature should not exceed 190° F.
- Filtration level per ISO Cleanliness Code level 18/3.
- Minimum oil viscosity should be 100 SUS.
- Motors should be operated at less than 30% of rated performance for the first hour of operation.
- Simultaneous maximum torque and maximum speed is not recommended.
