Product Description
BMSY Series motor, 1 1/4" Parallel Key, 7/8 - 14 SAE Port. Replaces Char-Lynn 104-1027 & 104-3167 (104-3167 is painted black; replacement is unpainted).
The BMSY series motor adapts the advanced ROLORTORC gear set design with DISC distribution flow and high pressure. THese motors can be supplied with various options for multifunctional operations in accordance with the application requirements. The output shaft tapered roller bearings permit high azial and radial forces offering a smooth operation during low pressure start up and high pressure operation.
The low weight advanced construction design is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9000-2000 quality system.

* Normal oil operating temperature should be 70° to 150°F.
* Maximum operating temperature should not exceed 190°F.
* Filtration level per ISO Cleanliness Code level 18/3.
* Minimum oil viscosity should be 100 SUS
* Motors should be operated at less than 30% of rated performance for the first hour of operation.
* Simultaneous maximum torque and maximum speed is not recommended.
